Blue Monday is said to be the most depressing day of the year, usually in January. It’s linked to cold weather, dark days, post-Christmas blues and broken New Year’s resolutions. Even though it isn’t scientifically proven, it’s a good excuse to remind ourselves to take care of our mental health. :)
